Michael Bach began his marketing/market research career in 1987 when he joined Practical Software in Florida. Six months after he joined the company, Michael was promoted to vice president of marketing. With his experience and knowledge, Michael was able to establish and grow a retail distribution channel for Practical Software from zero to over 3,500 stores in just 18 months. While working with Practical Software, Michael became very knowledgeable about market research and realized how market research could be used to benefit high tech companies in selling their products and services more profitably.
In 1991, Michael Bach founded World Research Inc., presently known as Survey.com. Under his leadership, the company has acquired many prestigious accounts and has become a leading provider of market research services.
