Michael W. Kern is the director of tax services for PBTK. He has been a tax and business advisor to publicly-held corporations, closely-held companies, individuals, and estates and trusts. His knowledge of tax law and his creativity make him one of the prominent and most effective, highly respected and sought after tax consultants in Nevada, particularly for representation before tax and regulatory agencies. He is a member of the Nevada Development Authority and has served as campaign treasurer for many high profile political candidates at the city, county, state and federal level. Mr. Kern's experience includes 25+ years of service for a varied clientele ranging from large publicly-held corporations to smaller closely-held companies, wealthy individuals and estates and trusts. Mr. Kern's services include representation related to tax issues before the Internal Revenue Service, Nevada State Sales Tax Commission, the Nevada State Gaming Control Board, and state legislative changes.
