Mike was Chief Financial Officer for Microsoft from 1993 to 1997. He joined Microsoft in 1989 as treasurer. Prior to joining Microsoft, Mike was a partner at the public accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche. He is a past chairman of the board of directors of The Nasdaq Stock Market and a past governor of the NASD and has served on the boards of several companies. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics degree from the University of Washington in Seattle. |
