Michael T. Tim Yonker is the retired President and Chief Executive Officer of Portec Incorporated in Lake Forest Illinois a manufacturer of material handling equipment. Before retiring in June 1998 Mr. Yonker spent nine years as President and CEO.Mr. Yonker is also a director of Woodward Governor Company of Rockford Illinois and EMCOR Group Incorporated in Norwalk Connecticut. Throughout his 32-year career Mr. Yonker held a number of senior management positions at several environmental and industrial products firms.Born in 1942 Mr. Yonker graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He received a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Harvard Graduate School of Business.Mr. Yonker joined the Modine Board of Directors in 1993. |
