Michael is responsible for private equity investment deal analysis and underwriting, including company and industry research, financial modeling, and due diligence, as well as for deal structuring and execution, on the behalf of both the Ironwood Capital mezzanine and equity investment funds. In addition, Michael has responsibilities in portfolio company financial and capital structure monitoring, competitive environment and market trend analysis, business development and growth strategy support, and exit opportunity analysis. Prior to joining Ironwood Capital, Michael worked in the PricewaterhouseCoopers Global Risk Management Solutions Practice providing assurance, risk management and business improvement consulting services for financial services industry clients. Michael is also a Certified Public Accountant. |
