Successfully opposed injunction application and defeated dispositive motion seeking to permanently restrain client from using corporate name containing last name of former shareholder

Successful representation of client in recovery of entire principal of $1.5 million, plus costs and counsel fees, following loan default.

Obtained jury verdict of no cause on $200,000 breach of contract claim and verdict of $45,000 in favor of client on counterclaim; secured summary judgment prior to trial dismissing other claim totaling approximately $200,000

Trial verdict overturning will on the grounds of undue influence and removing executrix for bias; prevailed on post-trial motions by removed executrix seeking to charge her counsel fees to the Estate

Persuaded federal court to enjoin infringement of client’s trademark, including the unauthorized use of the trademark on the Internet

Prevailed in arbitration of interpretation of rent escalation provision in commercial lease
