Michael S. Goldman is a partner in the Firm's Corporate Department. Mike’s practice includes complex syndicated loan transactions, acquisition and leveraged finance and securities offerings for both U.S. and international clients.
Mike was born in New York, New York. He joined Cravath in 1987 and became a partner in 1995.
