Michael is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm’s New York office. Mike is a member of the Firm’s Corporate Department, where his practice focuses on Mergers and Acquisitions.
Prior to joining McDermott, Mike was an associate in the corporate and life sciences practice groups of another New York firm, where he worked on mergers, stock and asset transactions, and technology development/licensing arrangements. He also has advised on corporate governance and compliance.
While at Georgetown, Mike was the Managing Editor of the Georgetown International Environmental Law Review.
