President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors; previously Senior Vice President Chief Operating Officer and Treasurer of Adolor Corporation; previously President and COO of Genomics Collaborative Inc. a privately held clinical functional genomics company where Mr. Dougherty was responsible for all operational activities. Prior to that Mr. Dougherty held senior positions with Magainin Pharmaceuticals Inc. now Genaera Corporation where he was promoted from Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer to President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to his experience with Genaera Mr. Dougherty was Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Centocor Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson. Mr. Dougherty received a BS from the College of Commerce and Finance Villanova University. |
