Michael P. McCormick is 2000 graduate of the California Western School of Law and was admitted to the Wisconsin State Bar in 2001. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, emphasizing political science and international studies. Mr. McCormick devotes a substantial portion of his practice to bankruptcy and collection law. He has extensive knowledge is representing clients in cases under Chapter 7 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code and has represented individual consumers who have suffered from unfair debt collection practices by creditors and collection agencies.
