Michael P. Flynn is an associate of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C, and a member of the firm's Commercial Law and Litigation Group. He concentrates his practice in the areas of Insurance Defense and Technology Law, with a particular emphasis in Commercial Litigation. Mr. Flynn is a member of the Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and American Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Flynn completed an externship with the Honorable David S. Cercone of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Flynn graduated with honors from Pennsylvania State University in 2004 with a B.A. in Finance and a minor in Business Law. He received his J.D., cum laude, from Duquesne University School of Law in 2007, where he was a student lawyer for Duquesne's Securities Arbitration Practicum. |
