Mike Barrett is a partner in the Corporate and Securities Department and has been with Chapman and Cutler LLP since 1975. Mr. Barrett has been involved in a wide variety of business transactions, both nationally and internationally. These transactions have involved a number of practice areas, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, securities, contracts, employment, tax and antitrust law. Mr. Barrett's experience also includes the general representation of numerous business organizations, including both publicly and closely held corporations.
