Mr. Smith was formerly (1979-1999) founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Concrete Solutions, Inc., a licensed general contractor and specialty sub-contractor. During his tenure at Concrete Solutions, Mr. Smith’s company successfully negotiated and completed divisions of preeminent construction contracts throughout the country, including numerous nuclear missile magazines, international airports, federal courthouses, CEBAF’s (Continuous Electron Beam Accelerator Facility) and hospitals. Mr. Smith has also been a successful real estate developer of single-family projects, directing land acquisition, zoning, and design through completion of construction. |
