Assistant City Attorney for the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (1992-1997). Lead attorney negotiating two proposed contracts for the sale of all assets of the city's municipal gas company. Also provided legal counsel to the city's Engineering Services, Public Health, Municipal Information Systems, and Utilities Business Office Departments, and to the Corpus Christi Police Department.
Also served as city attorney for several North Texas communities while in private practice (1999).
