Mr. Sarina joined Pac-West as Vice President of Finance in December of 2005. Mr. Sarina has responsibility over accounting, risk management, financial reporting, compliance and tax and treasury activities. Prior to joining Pac-West, Mr. Sarina acted as a business and financial consultant for a number of companies in diversified industries as high technology, biotechnology and telecommunications. Sarina brings over 20 years of financial experience and has held positions as Senior Vice President, CFO and COO at Mobex Communications Corp. He has also held senior financial management positions with Wilbur-Ellis, Spreckels, California Microwave, Inc., Unisys Peripheral Products, Verbatim and worked at Deloitte & Touche where he was a Certified Public Accountant.
