Mike Lowry has 30 years of experience in traditional labor law, representing clients under the Railway Labor and National Labor Relations Acts. He has significant contract negotiations experience in many industries and recently has represented airlines, television stations, and the retail automobile industry. Mike has handled more than 100 union election cases and numerous unfair labor practice trials and advised management on the labor and employment issues arising in various mergers and acquisitions. He has conducted business for clients in all but two states. Mike was named one of Georgia's "Super Lawyers" in 2004 by Atlanta Magazine and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America. He is also AV® Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
During law school, he published two articles and served as editor of the Washington and Lee Law Review.
