Mr. Hennen has over 25 years experience as a senior executive in finance of operations. Prior to joining NOVO 1 Mr. Hennen was Vice President and Controller for Sensient Technologies Corporation, a $1 billion publicly held multi-national manufacturer where he was responsible for accounting practices, tax planning and compliance, internal control and financial reporting. At Sensient Mr. Hennen was actively involved in the development of restructuring programs to improve operational efficiencies and financial performance. Before Sensient, Mr. Hennen spent 16 years with Deloitte & Touche providing accounting, auditing and business consulting services to clients in the manufacturing and financial services industries.
Mr. Hennen oversees multiple NOVO 1 operations including inbound customer service and order-entry businesses through NOVO 1 Centers in Billings, Glendive and Havre, MT and Williston, ND; the Target Marketing for Non-Profits Center in Milwaukee, WI; the Customer Care & Acquisition Center in DeKalb, IL; the Sturner & Klein business operating in Boise, Idaho, Rockville, MD and Flagstaff, AZ; the Laurel, MD, Center; the Fort Worth, TX, Bethlehem, PA and Altamonte, FL Centers and the Waukesha, WI, Center.
