Michael K. Mohan was appointed Vice-President, Service on June 30, 2004. The Service Department is responsible for resolving customer issues that are not fixed through the daily business process.
Mr. Mohan was appointed CN's vice-president - Coal and U.S. Grain and Fertilizers in 2000, and formerly held the position of Assistant Vice-President - U.S. Grain and Fertilizers and Midwest sales. He came to CN in 1999 from the Illinois Central Railroad, where he had worked since 1995. Before joining IC, Mr. Mohan was employed by the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway. His transportation career started at the Archer Daniels Midland Company. |
