Mr. McDaniel has served as Senior Vice President - Human Resources since the merger of DIMON Incorporated and Standard Commercial Corporation in May 2005 having previously served as Senior Vice President - Human Resources of Standard from April 2004.
Mr. McDaniel joined Standard as Director - Human Resources in November 1996 was elected Vice President - Human Resources in June 1997 and was appointed Senior Vice President for Human Resources in April 2004. From 1995 through November 1996 he was a partner in a human resources consulting firm and from 1978 through 1995 he was Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development for the City of Wilson North Carolina. |
