Mr. Keough was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Caraustar effective January 1, 2005. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Caraustar board of directors. Mr. Keough joined Caraustar in March 2002 as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and has served as a director since October 2002. Prior to becoming a member of Caraustar’s executive management team he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Gaylord Container Corporation from April 2000 through March 2002, and as its Vice President of Container Operations from October 1993 through April 2000. He began employment with Gaylord Container Corporation in 1985 following ten years with International Paper. |
