Mr. Callahan is Retired President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Material Sciences Corporation, a manufacturer and marketer of material-based solutions, from 2003 to 2004. From 1999 to 2003, Mr. Callahan was a private financial consultant. From 1994 to 1999, he held the offices of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of FMC Corporation, a producer of chemicals for industry and agriculture. Mr. Callahan was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Whirlpool Corporation, a manufacturer of major home appliances, from 1992 to 1994.
Mr. Callahan began his career with Exxon Corporation in 1967. From 1982 to 1991, he held various positions at the Quaker Oats Company, including Director, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Executive Vice President-International Grocery Products.
Mr. Callahan is a graduate of the University of Michigan, where he also earned his MBA with honors. |
