BACKGROUND: Michael is a shareholder in the Tampa office of GrayRobinson. He was born in Tampa, Florida on July 15, 1971. He was also raised in Tampa where he graduated from Jesuit High School in 1989. Michael received his Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration from The University of South Florida in 1993. He participated in the J.D./M.B.A. program at Stetson University and received his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law and his Master's of Business Administration from Stetson University Graduate School of Business Administration in 1997. Michael practices in the area of commercial and general civil litigation, transportation law, products liability, medical malpractice, and insurance defense. He is an "AV" rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell. Michael also has experience in workers' compensation law and has represented both claimants and employer/carriers. Michael is admitted to the Florida Bar and admitted to practice in the Middle District of Florida. During law school, Michael completed internships with the Honorable James M. Barton, II, Honorable Marva Crenshaw and Bay Area Legal Services in Hillsborough County. Also during law school, Michael served as a law clerk for a Tampa law firm specializing in silicone breast implant litigation.
