A graduate of the University of Notre Dame and its Law School , Mr. Messaglia's practice includes financial institutions, general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions and taxation. He chairs the firm's Financial Institutions Practice Group. He has been involved in numerous merger and acquisition transactions involving both public and private companies, and has served as issuer's counsel in public offerings of securities. He has also advised financial institutions on bank regulatory and enforcement matters. Mr. Messaglia advises clients on general matters including corporate governance.
