Michael J. McCloskey is a Managing Director of Milestone. Mr. McCloskey has over 25 years of experience in investment banking, corporate operations, LBO/MBO fund management and other financial service activities. Prior to joining Milestone, Mr. McCloskey was the Executive Vice President and Director for Legent Holding LLC, a company engaged in securities clearing and custody. Mr. McCloskey has served as an advisor to the central government of the People’s Republic of China advising the Beijing High Technology Zone in Beijing, China. From 1983 to 1993, Mr. McCloskey served as an officer and department head of both E. F. Hutton & Company Inc. and PaineWebber, Inc. where, among other duties, he was the senior officer in charge of managing portfolios of commercial aircraft on lease to TWA, Continental, Midway and other air carriers. Mr. McCloskey received his J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania and his B.A., cum laude, from La Salle University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. |
