Mr. Matasich currently represents clients in commercial contract disputes, as well as real property related matters, including landlord/tenant disputes and foreclosures. In addition, he has represented builders in residential construction disputes.
Mr. Matasich also currently represents clients in will and trust contests, and in insurance coverage matters.
Mr. Matasich has experience in debt collection matters, and in defending asbestos lawsuits and consumer class actions.
Mr. Matasich joined the law firm as an associate in 2004. He worked as a law clerk for the firm while attending law school.
