Michael J. Marek, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Duff & Phelps, LLC, is responsible for all accounting and financial functions of the company. Before joining Duff & Phelps in 1996, Mr. Marek's prior experience included Controller of a publicly-held company, Director of Finance for the U.S. subsidiary of a European manufacturer, and public accounting experience with a Big 5 accounting firm.
Mr. Marek is a Certified Public Accountant with a B.S. in accounting and an M.B.A in finance from DePaul University. Mike serves as a faculty member of The Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. |
