Mike provides financial advisory restructuring business planning and corporate governance assistance to senior business executives and counsel.
Professional Experience
Prior to joining Huron Mike was the worldwide managing partner of the Strategic Value Services group at Arthur Andersen LLP. He has worked with clients in a number of industries including healthcare automotive financial services manufacturing transportation technology food gaming telecommunications consumer products retail construction services and energy.
Mike has worked extensively throughout his career in assisting companies with a variety of complex financial advisory issues frequently in crisis situations. He has provided hands-on management of complex turnaround situations and advised companies on strategy finance transaction valuation accounting forensic and litigation issues throughout his career. He has provided expert valuation and financial testimony on a number of occasions in federal and state jurisdictions including U.S. Bankruptcy Court and U.S. Tax Court. Mike developed the Huron Value Framework which his team has used to help multiple global organizations define and execute their most advantageous alternatives.
