Mr. Connolly concentrates his practice on bankruptcy law and commercial litigation. He has successfully represented a variety of parties, including secured lenders, unsecured creditors, debtors, preferential transfer defendants, and trustees.
Mr. Connolly is a Master in the Bankruptcy Inn of Court and is currently the Inn’s Program Committee Chair. He has served as an officer of the Inn since 1998.
Mr. Connolly has served as a moderator and panelist on various seminars involving bankruptcy law issues. He has also published several articles on bankruptcy topics.
