Mike has over 15 years of hospital and health systems consulting experience in various capacities.
Professional Experience
Mike was with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young for 10 years and also worked for Broadlane Inc. a national Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) and A.P.M. Healthcare Consulting prior to joining Wellspring Partners. Prior to consulting Mike had five additional years of experience in logistics operations as a military officer.
Working exclusively in healthcare since 1992 he has helped clients achieve significant savings by providing expertise in supply chain operations. Mike has successfully participated on system improvement teams to establish value analysis programs standardize supplies and services consolidate contracting and purchasing operations streamline warehouse and distribution operations and implement reprocessing programs. His participation in multiple cost control efforts has allowed organizations across the U.S. and Canada to reduce costs while increasing the efficiency of their supply operations.
