Michael (Mike) E. Daniels is senior vice president of IBM Global Technology Services, a unit of IBM Global Services. He oversees the go-to-market and business line management for IBM's offerings in strategic outsourcing, integrated technology services, small-and-medium business services, maintenance, and IBM Global Financing. He assumed his current position in July 2005.
Previously, Mike was general manager of IBM's sales and distribution operations in the Americas, spanning Canada, Latin America and the United States. For more than three years, he oversaw sales and support of the full range of IBM's products and services, generating more than $40 billion in annual revenue.
Mike also led IBM Global Services in the Asia Pacific region from October 1999 to January 2002. From 1994 to 1999, he held several general manager positions within IBM's services business.
After joining IBM in 1976 in Washington, DC, Mike held a broad range of leadership positions in sales, marketing and services.
He is a member of the IBM Performance Team and serves as IBM's Senior State Executive for Connecticut. |
