Michael E. Moulton age 44 a resident of Greenbrae California is Chief Financial Officer of Epic Bancorp and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Tamalpais Bank. Mr. Moulton came to Tamalpais Bank in 1994 as Vice President Controller. He was named Chief Financial Officer of Tamalpais Bank in 1998 Chief Financial Officer of Epic Bancorp in 2003 and Chief Financial Officer of Epic Wealth Management in 2005. Prior to joining Tamalpais Bank Mr. Moulton served in various accounting and financial capacities at three other financial institutions. Mr. Moulton has 19 years of industry experience and for the last twelve years has been responsible for Tamalpais Bank’s accounting investment management financial planning and analysis and secondary marketing activities.
