Michael E. Gibbons has been the Senior Managing Director and Principal of Brown, Gibbons, Lang & Company, a Cleveland-based investment banking firm since its inception in 1989. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Lesco, Inc. and is Chairman of Lesco's Audit Committee. He also serves on the visiting committee for Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management. Additionally, he serves on the executive committee of Global M&A, Dusseldorf, Germany; on the Board of Directors for Eagle Direct.com, Denver, CO; on the Board of Regents, member of the executive committee and chairman of the admissions committee for St. Ignatius High School; on the Board of Directors for North Coast Professional Sports LLC; on the advisory board for North American Sports Camps; on the board of trustees and executive committee of the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission; on the board of trustees of the Great Lakes Theater Festival; on the board of trustees for Ohio Israeli Chamber of Commerce; and as member of the Dean's Technology Counsel for Case Western Reserve University. |
