Michael E. Criden has been a Director of the company since November 2005. From 1994 to the present, Criden has been a partner with Hanzman & Criden, P.A., a South Florida law firm that devotes much of its practice to class action and complex commercial litigation. Criden received a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida International University in 1984 and obtained a doctorate of jurisprudence with honors from the University of Miami in 1987, he has practiced law for the past 18 years. |
