Mike’s trial practice is focused on complex commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation, and plaintiff personal injury cases. Mike has litigated cases for clients in federal and state courts across the country. He has tried jury and non-jury cases and handled numerous cases before the American Arbitration Association.
Mike received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Wake Forest University in 1996. He received his J.D. from Emory University in 2000, where he served as managing editor of the Bankruptcy Developments Journal. Prior to joining the firm in 2003, Mike practiced in Atlanta, Georgia.
Mike is an avid runner and enjoys traveling to Spain, where he lived for a year after college. |
