Mr. Harrington is a member of RED CAPITAL GROUP’s Executive Committee and has nearly twenty years of capital markets experience and is responsible for the distribution of multifamily mortgage-backed securities (GNMA, Fannie Mae, FHA) to institutional investors. He originally joined Meuse, Rinker, Chapman, Endres and Brooks, predecessor to Banc One Capital Markets and RED CAPITAL GROUP, in 1985. Mr. Harrington has extensive experience in all aspects of the multifamily project loan marketplace and has completed more than $2 billion in mortgage and mortgage-backed placements with numerous institutional account relationships nationwide. For the majority of his career, he has worked with underwriters, salespeople and investors in the marketing, distribution and risk management of this product. Mr. Harrington also has broad experience in the sale of other taxable fixed-income products including Treasuries, agencies, corporates, asset-backed securities and money-market instruments. He graduated from Miami University with a B.S. degree in Business and received an MBA from Capital University, both with an emphasis in Finance. |
