Director-Homeland Security and Law Enforcement, Orion Center for Homeland Security
Michael D’Andrea is responsible for homeland security law enforcement, terrorism, and intelligence efforts for the Orion Center for Homeland Security, part of the SRA Command and Control, Communications, and Intelligence (C3I) Sector. D’Andrea manages the design and implementation of law enforcement and intelligence automation services and the implementation of intelligence services for clients across the Department of Homeland Security.
D’Andrea has 35 years of experience in these areas. He actively served in the Department of Defense’s counterterrorism and counterintelligence communities and provided contract services to first-responder state law enforcement agencies, the Department of Justice, the Immigration and Naturalization Service, and the U.S. Border Patrol.
Prior to joining SRA, D’Andrea was vice president for ORION Scientific Systems’ Federal Law Enforcement Services and Department of Homeland Security Division. SRA completed the acquisition of ORION in January 2004.
