Dr. Ackerson is President of Process Dynamics, Inc. Ackerson co-founded Process Dynamics in 1994 to commercialize technology developed from his research at the University of Arkansas where he is an Associate Professor of Chemical Engineering. Ackerson is the inventor of Process Dynamics' processes for hydrotreating and wax separation. He received his BS and MS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Missouri at Rolla in 1979 and 1981, respectively. After working for Phillips Petroleum Company as an Engineering Analyst for five years, Ackerson completed his PhD in Engineering from the University of Arkansas in 1988. Ackerson has served on the Process Dynamics, Inc. Board of Directors since the company was founded in 1994. |
