Michael is a Tax Principal with over twenty years of experience. He leads a variety of engagements in connection with income tax planning and compliance for banks and other financial institutions and consults on various tax matters, such as bank mergers and acquisitions, stock offerings other significant transactions. He has also conducted several of the Firm's in-house educational programs on tax compliance and financial statement tax provisions. Michael has also served on the Financial and Estate Planning Committee and Federal Taxation Committees of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
