Mike is the partner in charge of the Services to Businesses division of the Firm. He received his degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He has extensive experience providing technical accounting, financial reporting and business advisory services to businesses in the high technology, manufacturing, professional service and general commercial industries. Mike serves as Chairman of the AICPA National Accounting and Auditing Advanced Technical Symposium (2002 and 2003) and has contributed to widely used guides on accounting for income taxes, business combinations and accounting estimates. Mike is a member of the California Society of CPA's and American Institute of CPA's the American Society of Appraisers and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. |
