Michael B. McCallister was elected President Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of the Company in February 2000. Prior to that Mr. McCallister served as Senior Vice President Health System Management from January 1998 to February 2000 and as Division I President from July 1996 to January 1998. Mr. McCallister joined the Company in June 1974. Mr. McCallister also serves on the board of directors of National City Corporation. |
