Michael B. Lee, age 57, has served as Senior Vice President of Hudson City Savings since January 2000 and as Senior Vice President of Hudson City Bancorp since January 2004. He previously served as First Vice President of Hudson City Savings from 1989 to 2000, and as Secretary from 1989 to 2003. He is responsible for branch administration, training and customer retirement programs. He has an undergraduate degree in management from St. Peter’s College and a Masters Degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology. He has also graduated from the National School of Finance and Management at Fairfield University. Mr. Lee is a Past President of the Bergen Chapter of the American Institute of Banking and has served on several committees of the New Jersey League of Community and Savings Bankers. Mr. Lee joined Hudson City Savings in 1971.
