Michael A. Schaffer had served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Company from April 1994 to March 2002. Since 1975, Mr. Schaffer has been a private investor. In addition, Mr. Schaffer received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hunter College and a Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School.
Mr. Schaffer was admitted to the practice of law in the State of New York in 1967 and practiced law through 1974. Mr. Schaffer is also a shareholder of the Company. |
