Melissa Reed specializes in providing core-level and Section 404 training for accounting firms. She is also President of Reed Performance Consulting, Inc., a global training and course development company in San Francisco, California. Melissa was previously an Audit Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where she was responsible for several large, multi-national and public audits within the manufacturing and retail products industries. She also taught numerous local and national seminars for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Melissa received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in both California and Ohio and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the related Ohio and California Societies.
