Melissa Daigneault focuses her practice primarily on construction law. She has experience representing clients in matters in state and federal courts as well as alternate dispute resolution proceedings. Ms. Daigneault has represented all parties in the construction process, from owners and design professionals to contractors and sub-contractors, and has represented clients in commercial, institutional, industrial/heavy-highway and residential disputes.

Enforcement of Article 9 Security Interests
State and federal actions to enforce creditors' rights
Ms. Daigneault is certified as an associate constructor by the American Institute of Constructors. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Daigneault worked for a highway and site work contractor in Bryan, Texas.
