Melissa Kramer represents national and regional banks and financial institutions in commercial finance, public finance and real estate transactions. In her commercial finance and real estate practices, she serves as counsel to national and regional banks and financial institutions, with a primary focus on asset-based lending and acquisition finance. In her public finance practice, she serves as bond counsel, counsel to issuers, underwriters, financial institutions issuing credit enhancement, corporate trustees and borrowers in connection with tax increment financing, special tax districts, general and special obligation bonds, 501(c)(3) bonds and taxable bond financings. Ms. Kramer is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as Articles & Line Editor of the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal.
