Melissa N. Bork Melissa's practice focus is on commercial and tort litigation, including contract and commercial disputes, product liability, asbestos and mass product liability and toxic tort litigation. Her practice also includes appellate practice and litigation of matters involving the First and Fourteenth Amendment, state employment, civil rights and college and university law.
