Melissa A. January is an associate in the Health Practice Group. Melissa's practice focuses on counseling hospitals and physician groups on state and federal fraud and abuse compliance issues, managed care contracts, service agreements and physician employment agreements.
Melissa previously practiced with Holland & Knight, LLP in the firm's health law department. While in law school, she was a legal intern for the Office of the Illinois Attorney General, Health Care Bureau.
In General. Melissa earned her J.D. degree and Health Law Certificate from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she was the colloquium editor for the Annals of Health Law. She received her bachelor's degree, in biology, from Indiana University. |
