Melissa graduated cum laude from the University of Houston Law Center in 2005, where she was selected to be a member of the Order of the Barons and was the recipient of the LEX Award in Torts. Prior to receiving her law degree, she earned a B.S. in Political Science and Economics from the University of Houston, where she graduated summa cum laude. Melissa's practice focuses on various transactional matters, including real estate transactions, oil, gas, and energy transactions, and general business transactions. She also has extensive experience with banking, trusts and wills, and probate matters. Melissa is licensed to practice in Texas and is a member of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of Texas and the American Bar Association. |
