Melinda Stephenson joined Mainland Medical Center in July of 2005. She brought with her over 20 years of healthcare management experience to her new role.Ms. Stephenson is a graduate of the University of Texas and received her MBA from the University of Houston at Clear Lake. She held several positions prior to joining MMC, including Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Her most recent position was Chief Operating Officer at Clear Lake Regional Medical Center. Mainland Medical Center is well known in the community for providing quality patient care, and our patient satisfaction scores are reflective of that. We are fortunate at MMC to employ dedicated, compassionate staff that treat each of our patients as family.
