Melinda R. Rich has served as a member of the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company Board of Directors since 1999. She is Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee.
Since 2006, Rich has been vice chairman of Rich Products Corporation, a multinational, privately-held, family-owned manufacturer and distributor of food products. She has been director and Managing Shareholder of Rich Products Corporation since 1998 and President of Rich Entertainment Group overseeing various sports, entertainment and travel interests since 1994.
Rich also serves on the board of directors for M&T Bank Corporation.
